I work on a wide variety of blades and everyday cutting tools, including:
Not sure about something? Just reach out—I'm always happy to take a look and point you in the right direction.
Not at all. My approach is focused on removing only what’s necessary to bring your edge back. The goal is to keep your knife performing its best while preserving the life and shape of the blade for the long run.
There’s no set schedule—it really depends on how often you use your knives. Most folks bring them in when they start to feel dull or when cutting just isn’t as easy as it used to be.
In most cases, yes. Dull knives can usually be restored, and small issues like minor chips or rolled edges are often taken care of during sharpening.
If a knife has more serious damage—like a broken tip or larger chips—it may need a bit of extra repair work. If you’re unsure, just send me a message and I’ll let you know what can be done.
